Section 4(a) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002

(a)the Jammu and Kashmir State Board Technical Education (hereinafter referred to as ('Dissolved Board') as existing on the commencement of this Act, shall stand dissolved;
