10. Objects of the University.
- The objects of the University shall be to disseminate and ensure advancement of knowledge and skill for providing instructional, research and extension facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit and the University shall endeavour to provide to students and teachers the necessary atmosphere and facilities for the promotion of-(a)innovations in education, leading to restructuring of courses, new methods of teaching, training and learning including online learning, blended learning, continuing education and such other modes and integrated and wholesome development of personality;(b)studies in various disciplines;(c)interdisciplinary studies;(d)national integration, patriotism, secularism, social equity and inculcation of international understanding and ethics.
