Section 38(1) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(1)Any Government or local authority (and every local authority is hereby authorised to do so) may, from time to time, make subventions to the Authority for the purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the State Government may determine.
