1. When the matter came up for hearing today through Video Conference, Sri. A. Thirumalai Raja represented the applicant. Sri. M.R. Gokul Krishnan represented respondents 1, 2 & 4, Sri. Mani Gopi represented respondents 3, 5 & 8, Sri. C. Kasirajan through 1 M/s. Meena represented respondents 6 & 7, Sri. Sathish Parasaran, Senior Advocate along with Sri. Sai Sathya Jith represented 9th respondent.
2. Hearing has been advanced from 09.11.2020 to today as per order in I.A. No.74 of 2020 (SZ) by separate order.
3. I.A. No.75 of 2020 (SZ) is disposed of with certain observations by separate order.
4. The 9th respondent is directed to submit their objections to the committee report on or before 08.10.2020 by e-filing after complying with the procedure and also serve a copy of the same to the other counsel appearing in this case before the next hearing date.
5. Post the matter on 09.10.2020.
