Section 10(2) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Employees Pension and Provident Fund Rules, 2000
(2)The Controller after necessary verification, shall sent the pension papers to the Competent Authority as specified in Appendix 'A', for sanction and issue of pension payment order for release of pension.
