(3)The lump sum or the first instalment of purchase price shall be deposited in Government treasury, or a sub-treasury or paid to the Assistant Collector I Grade, having jurisdiction, within 15 days of his determining the value of the land and every subsequent instalment within fifteen days of the date on which it becomes due.]
