	Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 24th November 2017 and provide A Class prison to petitioner's father P.S.Kirupanandhan.

					ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to protect and save the life of the petitioner as per the representations dated 03.06.2016, 23.05.2017, 28.05.2017 and 29.09.2017 which is in great danger.

2. On the ground of the petitioner's father health and also taking into account that the petitioner's father had earlier served as General Manager, Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd., there shall be a direction to the first respondent police to transfer the petitioner's father, A class prison within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
