(2)(a)the time and place at which the meeting shall be held;(b)the issue of notices convening such meetings;(c)the conduct of business thereat;(d)the salary, allowances and other conditions of service of officers and servants of the Board other than the Registrar;(e)all other matters which may be necessary for the purposes of carrying out the objects of this Act;
