Section 65(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)The Manager shall during the management of the holding have all the powers which the holder thereof might as such have exercised and shall receive and recover all rents and profits due in respect of the property under management.
