30. Certificate to purchaser.
- Where a sale of [xxxx] [The word 'mortgaged' Omitted vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-1987.] properly has become absolute, the sale officer shall grant a certificate specifying the property sold and the name of the person who at the time of the sale is declared to be purchaser. Such certificate shall bear date, the day on which the sale became absolute.
