1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the National Green Tribunal (Manner of Appointment of Judicial and Expert Members, Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members and Procedure for Inquiry) Rules, 2010.(2)These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
