If the notice is required to be served upon a party by the Court, the Court may either serve it by post or depute a Special Process Server for this purpose, the Court may also send notice to the District Judge of the district in which the service is required to be effected. Every District Judge who receives such a notice shall ensure that it is served through a Process Server detailed for this purpose and that the service is effected, complete in all respects, and the service report is sent to the Court within the time stipulated in the communication issued by the Court.
