Section 20(1) in The M.P. Paramedical Council (Election of Members) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Returning Officer shall personally remain present on the day at appointed time for scrutiny and counting of the voting papers :Provided that the day fixed for the purpose shall in no case be later than the three days of the date of election.
