Section 2(c) in The U.P. Cement Control Order, 1973
(c)'Enforcement Officer' means the Food Commissioner, Additional Food Commissioner, Deputy Food Commissioner, Assistant Food Commissioner, the District Magistrate, the Additional District Magistrate, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, the District Supply Officer and includes any other officer authorised by the State Government to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Enforcement Officer under this Order;
