UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
For the one or other reasons, our order dated 27.08.2013 is not being carried out in its letter and spirit. The result thereof is that the workmen are not being paid their dues.
Mr. K. Radhakrishnan, learned Senior counsel representing the Union of India, states that the Ashok Paper Mills is not functioning because of the apathy of the functionaries of the State Government of Bihar.
Let the Chief Secretary of the State of Bihar and the Director General of Police, Bihar, visit the Ashok Paper Mills and submit a joint report to this Court within a period of two weeks.
