Section 81 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
81. Retirement.
- The normal age of retirement for all employees including the Registrar shall be 58 years;Provided that, the Council may, with the previous sanction of the state Government, grant extension of service to any employees for periods not exceeding one year at a time.
