Section 29(2) in The M.P. Bhumi Sudhar Yojana Adhiniyam, 1967
(2)If any person contravenes any rule or regulation made under this Act, or any order or direction made or given under such rule or regulation or resists or obstructs any person in the exercise or performance of any power, function or duty conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
