Section 28(1) in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following, namely:-(i)The Chancellor or his nominee - Chairperson(ii)The Vice Chancellor - Member(iii)The Registrar (Administration) - Member(iv)The Registrar (Evaluation) - Member(v)The Finance Officer - Secretary(vi)One nominee of the Sponsoring Body - Member ; and(vii)Such other members as may be specified in the statutes
