Section 49(1) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
(1)If the Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun proposes dissolution of the Graphic Era Hill University in accordance with the law governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least three months notice in writing to the State Government.
