Section 2(28) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(28)"Teacher" means a person appointed on full time and regular basis by the University for the purpose of imparting instruction or conducting and guiding research or extension education programmes, and includes any other person who may be declared by Statutes to be a Teacher;
