14. Protection of action taken in goods faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or its Officers or the Appropriate Authority or any officer of the Appropriate Authority or any officer of the Appropriate Authority, for anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
