Section 21 in Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019
21. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the appropriate Government or any local authority or any officer of the Government in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act and any rules made thereunder.
