Section 27(i) in Code of Regulations for Approved Nursery and Primary Schools
(i)Cross cases of immorality or insubordination shall be punished by expulsion after charges are framed and a reasonable opportunity to defend himself/herself is given and a suitable enquiry is conducted by the Headmaster/ Headmistress. A report should be sent of all such cases to the Director or an officer authorised by him within seven days.
