21. Annual verification of the registers.
(1)The Chief Executive Officer or any officer authorized by the Board shall scrutinize the entries in the register every year, or at such intervals of time, as may be prescribed, and submit the same to the Board through the Member-Secretary for its approval.(2)The Board may, thereupon, after such inquiry as it may consider necessary, direct the alterations, omissions or additions, if any, to be made in the register.(3)The officer authorized by the Board shall carry out the alterations, omissions or additions ordered by the Board in the copy of the register kept by him, within three months from the date of the order.
