Section 9(1) in The Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007
(1)Every Private Medical Establishment shall conform to the standards laid down in this Act or the rules made thereunder or any other law for the time being in force concerning the staff and their qualifications, operation theatre, buildings, space requirements, equipment, facilities to be provided to the patients and their attendants, maintenance and other matters.
