53. Vacancies.
- In the event of workmen's representative ceasing to be a member under sub-rule (3) of rule 52 or ceasing to be employed in the establishment or in the event of his resignation, death or otherwise, his successor shall be elected, in accordance with the provisions of this part from the same group, section, shop or department to which the member vacating the seat belonged.
