35. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of three years from the date of coming into force of this Act.The Schedule[See sub-section (3) of section 26]List of Projects requiring environmental clearances from the Central Government.
