Section 15(20)(ii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(ii)Any appearance, application or fact in connection with the election petition may be made or done by the party in person or by his counting agent who is not a legal practitioner, and whose authority has been filed before and approved by the Chairman of the Committee. No witness or other person shall be required to state for whom he voted at election.
