Section 17 in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014
17. provisional registration certificate.
- The District Authority for Clinical Establishment may, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of such application, after verification of documents, grant to the applicant a provisional registration certificate in such form, containing such particulars and information, as may be prescribed.
