(1)The lists referred to in Rules 12 to 15 shall be published [quarterly] [Substituted by S.R.O. 1459, dated 29.4.1954] in the Gazette of Pakistan in the months of [January, April and July and October] [Substituted by S.R.O. 1459, dated 29.4.1954] as soon afterwards as may be convenient.
