Section 174(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order passed or direction issued by the State Government or order passed or notice issued by the Authority or the Competent Authority or their officers under this Act shall be final and shall not be questioned in any suit or other legal proceedings.
