125. Appointment of Receiver.
- For the purpose of conduct of sale and delivery of possession of any property sold under this Chapter, the Registrar may, where no Receiver has been appointed by any court in respect of such property, appoint a Receiver in accordance with the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (4 of 1882) and determine his remuneration in the manner as may be prescribed.
