(3)The comments on the following matters shall be included in the certificate in Form XV, namely:-(a)Moving and fixed dimensions;(b)Strength of bridges or viaducts;(c)Brake and communication;(d)System of working;(e)Electric traction equipment; and(f)Type of rolling stock, proposed along with list of restrictions.
