Section 80(1) in The Kerala Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1991
(1)Whoever causes any; obstruction to the exercise of any of the powers conferred under subsections (2), (3 or (8) of section 28 shall be punishable with simple imprisonment which may extent to six months or with fine.
