Section 8(3) in The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1973
(3)The Lokayukta or an Up-Lokayukta shall not investigate any complaint involving an allegation, if the complaint is made after the expiry of five years form the date on which the action complained against is alleged to have taken place.
