Section 59 in The Displaced Persons (Debts Adjustment) Act, 1951

59. Repeals.

Save as otherwise provided in section 36, the Displaced Persons (Institution of Suits) Act, 1948 (47 of 1948) and the Displaced Persons (Legal Proceedings) Act, 1949 (25 of 1949) shall cease to apply to displaced persons as defined in this Act.
