Section 1 in The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (Contempt Of Courts) Rules, 1996
1. Short title.
- (i) These rules may be called the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Courts) Rules, 1996.(ii)These rules extend to whole of Maharashtra.(iii)They shall come into force on the first day of September, 1996.
