Section 11 in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation General Regulations, 2002
11. Closing of share register.
- The Board may, after giving not less than seven days previous notice by sending intimation to the shareholders by ordinary post, close the share register for such periods (not exceeding forty-five days in all during any one financial year) as shall, in its opinion, be necessary but not exceeding 30 days at one time.
