Section 8(1) in Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh Act, 2017
(1)No person shall be denied any office of the University or membership of any of its authorities or admission to any degree, diploma or other academic distinction or course of study on the sole ground of caste, creed, gender or religion.
