Today, when these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, the petitioner was awarded the contract and he also successfully completed the work and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
