Section 13(2) in The West Bengal Housing Board Act, 1972
(2)All permanent Government servants taken over and employed by the Board under under sub-section (1) shall have a lien on their posts in the service of the State Government and the period on their service under the Board shall, on their reversion to the service of the State Government, be counted for their promotion, increments, pension and other matters relating to their service.
