Section 21(2) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
(2)Upon the publication of the notification under subsection (1) for the supersession of the Board-(a)All the members of the Board shall vacate their posts as such with effect from the date of supersession;(b)All the powers and duties to be exercised or performed by or on behalf of the Board by or under the provisions of the Act during the period of supersession shall be exercised or performed by such persons as the Government directs; and(c)all the properties vested in the Board, during the period of supersession, shall vest in the Government.
