Section 97(a) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(a)No person shall erect any dwelling unit or farm shed in the farm house plot without obtaining a prior building permit from the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority or officers to whom such powers are delegated by Chief Executive Officer in the manner as provided in these regulations.
