Section 11(2) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(2)Every person appointed to a post in inferior service shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a period of one year of duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
