Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that inadvertently he could not make correction in the particulars of the respondent no.1 as was permitted by this Court vide order dated 4th November, 2020. He, accordingly, prays for two weeks more time for the said purpose.
In view of the said prayer, put up this case under the same heading after summer vacation.
