HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ABHAY CHATURVEDI Order 04/03/2020 The petitioner convict has been sanctioned permanent parole by the State Parole Committee vide recommendations dated 27.01.2020, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties in the like amount. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relaxation in the condition of furnishing two sureties praying that he should be released on furnishing one surety as he is not in a position to arrange two sureties.

The petitioner has availed the facility of regular paroles on furnishing personal bond and one surety previously as well. In this background, the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ (Downloaded on 06/03/2020 at 08:49:30 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLW-69/2020] petition to be released on permanent parole upon furnishing personal bond alongwith one surety only is accepted. The petitioner shall be released on permanent parole upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur. The other conditions imposed by the State Parole Committee shall remain operative. The parole writ petition is allowed in these terms.
