10. Dispensing of documents in cases falling under section 9(3).
- Nothing in these rules shall apply to any complaint or letter submitted under sub-section (3) of section 9 :[Provided that, the Lokayukta or an Upa-Lokayukta, as the case may be, may in any such case call for a complaint in the form prescribed in Schedule A, or an affidavit as provided in Rule 7, from the person concerned.] [Substituted by G.
