Section 22(3) in The U.P. Judicial Service Rules, 2001
(3)At the end of the period of training, the Director shall send his report to the Court about the conduct and performance of the probationer during the training. Where the Director is of the opinion that any officer has not successfully completed the training, he shall forward his opinion to the Court alongwith the relevant material.
