Section 17(20) in The Bihar Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 1995
(20)Explosive or inflammable dust, gas etc. - No child worker shall be allowed to enter any chamber, tank, pipe or other confined space in which any gas, fume, vapour which is toxic or explosive, is likely to be present.
