Section 7(1) in The M.P. Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)A certificate for authorisation to drive a transport vehicle shall be made in Form M.P.M.V.R.-1 (ATVA) alongwith :-(a)the driving licence issued in Form 6 or 7 of the Central Rules; and(b)the fee as specified in Rule 24.
